At Rice University, I addressed \u201cWhat\u2019s So Great about Forgiveness?\u201d and offered an opportunity for questions. Avery, a student leader with Cru, helped arrange the event. He said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"color: #008000\">After Dr. Norman\u2019s talk, my Jewish friend asked me questions about Jesus. I\u2019m excited to follow up with him to share more about Jesus and how he fulfills many things in the Old Testament.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"color: #008000\">Another friend, who is from Korea and is a Physics and Philosophy major, came to the talk on forgiveness. I\u2019m glad he could hear someone with faith like Dr. Norman talk about philosophy and point it to the gospel. This outreach opens a door for more conversations about the uniqueness of the forgiveness offered in Jesus. Hopefully, he will come to know Jesus personally and the forgiveness he offers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gcx.org\/NormanMinistry\/files\/2019\/02\/b7267f49-405a-4e73-8110-b071b21ae8ae.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-491\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gcx.org\/NormanMinistry\/files\/2019\/02\/b7267f49-405a-4e73-8110-b071b21ae8ae-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Following my talk at Rice, I stayed around for questions.
